These terms govern the use of the online store and the conclusion of sales contracts through it. By placing an order, you declare that you have read and accept these terms.

3. Orders and Formation of the Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to enter into a contract. The contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right not to accept an order, in particular in the event of stock depletion or an obvious pricing error.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you complete your order, and are displayed separately.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout, before you complete your order. Payment is made in the provider's secure environment; we do not store or have access to card details.

6. Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The 14-day right of withdrawal and the terms of returns are described in the Refund policy.

8. Legal Guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity under Law 2251/1994 and Presidential Decree 5/2022 applies to every product. In the event of non-conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.

9. Handcrafted Jewelry

Our jewelry is crafted by hand. Minor variations in shade, texture, or dimensions compared to the photograph are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted production and do not constitute a defect.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of the store — texts, photographs, designs, logo — is protected by intellectual property legislation. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
