Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, without having to justify your decision. The right is provided by Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection.

To exercise the right, send us a message through the contact page stating your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

We will refund the amount you paid, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days from the day we receive the product back, using the same payment method you used.

Returns & exchanges

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Size exchanges are free of charge.

Conditions:

• The jewelry is unworn, with no signs of use.
• It is accompanied by the packaging and the receipt or invoice.

[TO BE CONFIRMED] Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

What cannot be returned

• Made-to-order jewelry (custom designs, engraving, special sizes outside the catalog). The law excludes products made to the consumer's specifications.
• Earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons, once the sealed packaging has been opened.

Defective products

If the jewelry arrives defective or develops a problem due to a manufacturing fault, you have the rights provided by law for non-conformity: repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal. In this case we cover the return shipping costs. Contact us with a photo of the problem.

Dispute resolution

If we do not reach a solution, you can turn to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to the Consumer Ombudsman.
